The Neighbourhood

Every hood has a legend. F-7 has a smell. Somewhere up a flight of stairs on Bhittai Road, a griddle got hot — and never really cooled down.

Beef. Fire. A glossy brioche bun. Pressed together so hard and so fast it should have needed a licence. Nobody had one. They did it anyway.
